My Training

My love of food and flavour developed through travel as I discovered new cuisines from around the world.

Throughout my career, I have:

  • Earned a Certificate de Cadet de Cuisine: Le Cordon Bleu in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia
  • Achieved a Certificate of Excellence for Restaurant L’Oud Des Eurasie my within the first year of opening.
  • Designing seasonal menus with fresh produce, creating bespoke menus for events and parties.
  • Provided catering services in a variety of settings including engagements, birthdays, corporate and press events, large batch street food, cakes and Indian food for stalls such as Wembley and Covent Garden markets.
  • Experience in managing high volume kitchen service of over 1000 covers of fresh, quality food.
  • Working under the guidance of a Michelin Star Executive Chef.
  • Involved and worked with food bloggers, influencers and PR individuals for social media campaigns and featured in journals and magazines as an Innovative Chef of Contemporary International Cooking techniques and Fusion flavours.

My Food

No matter what I’m cooking, my primary goal is to create outstanding food of quality and presentation. I am trained in classic French style and specialise in combing this with Asian cuisine. Additionally, I have experience with Asian, Middle Eastern, and Mediterranean cooking styles.

I am committed to providing clients with:

  • Local, fresh, sustainable, wholesome and organic ingredients
  • Delicious, layered flavours that cater to personal taste and combine thoughtful menu design
  • A high standard restaurant-quality experience adhering to all food & safety measures

My Inspiration

When I’m not cooking, you can find me doing sport, have been boxing for over a year intending to stay fit. I carry these practices into the kitchen to support healthy eating.

I love the buzz and fast-paced environment of working in busy kitchens – My passion lies with helping my clients to create food and menus, which are not only delicious but also memorable. I love working on and overseeing each project.
